The exhuberance of fish, accompanied with all the native vegetables and fruits found only in Peru, thanks to its blessed geography, provide all the perfect ingredients to a superb and magnificent meal. Add to all this the fusion of all cuisines Jonathan mentions, evolved and perfected over time, and the result is a concoction of flavors capable of indulging the most demanding palates into gastronomic ecstasy. Blessed are those of us that have experienced the pleasure of tasting these delicacies.</description>
